We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be involved in social media management, lite graphic/video editing, and AI-powered content tasks. You’ll also receive training on how to use advanced AI tools.
This role demands strong time management, the ability to work independently, and a passion for learning new tech—especially in the AI field.
🕐 Working Hours
You will work Monday to Friday, starting at 6–7 PM Philippine Time for 4–5 hours.
We can adjust your schedule slightly once you settle in, but structure is appreciated.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and post content across major social platforms (FB, IG, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Perform light video editing using CapCut or similar tools

Manage YouTube marketing activities

Conduct keyword research and write SEO-optimized blog content

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries

Assist in various ad hoc virtual tasks as needed
Qualifications
-
Must have a reliable setup: computer, mic, camera, headphones, and 10 Mbps+ internet

2–3+ years of full-time VA experience for an English-speaking company

Proficient in Google Suite, Teams, WhatsApp

CapCut video editing or equivalent is a strong plus

Familiar with WordPress (plug and play – no coding)

Strong Google Drive skills

Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eager to learn

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Detail-oriented, punctual, and responsible
