Join Aerotek as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist in Richmond, CA. You’ll play a critical role in managing inventory, shipments, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
🕒 Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with occasional flexibility).
Key Responsibilities

Unload and verify deliveries; track ingredients and materials.

Scan, label, and prepare shipments accurately.

Maintain logs of daily product movement and freezer inventory.

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Address damaged or missing goods and coordinate with suppliers.

Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Complete and manage shipping records including BOLs and invoices.
Required Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., sacks of flour or sugar).

Detail-oriented when handling POs and inventory checks.

Adaptability to freezer environments and tight spaces.

Willingness to support the team with a hands-on attitude.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with electric forklifts, pallet jacks, or scissor lifts.

Prior experience in logistics or shipping/receiving.

Ability to complete forms such as Daily Forklift Inspection.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
