You’ll play a key leadership role in fostering a safe, compliant, and inclusive work culture while leading audits, mentoring agents, conducting risk assessments, and driving corrective actions in safety operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review aircraft damage and direct safety responses

• Conduct & coordinate risk assessments and safety training

• Investigate and report incidents and injuries promptly

• Perform safety observations and audits to ensure compliance

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members on policies and procedures

• Maintain bulletin boards and safety communication channels

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of airline or station operations experience required

• Clear communicator with strong leadership and accountability

• Ability to adapt quickly and lead in a fast-paced environment

• Must obtain SIDA badge and pass airport background checks

• Valid driver’s license and legal right to work in the U.S.

• Minimum age: 18 years

💵 Pay Rate:

$30.80 – $41.06 per hour, based on experience
