🎯 Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in restaurant and retail areas

• Assemble, stock, and merchandise premium chocolate items

• Maintain proper signage, cleanliness, and product displays

• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

• Make and serve sundaes, shakes, and other fountain items

• Maintain stock levels in both sales and back areas

• Prepare and wrap gift items per guidelines

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Restock toppings, maintain ice cream flavors, and reduce food waste

• Operate dishwashing machine and candy-making equipment

• Support team with set up, breakdown, and ongoing operations

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High energy, strong work ethic, and reliability

• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and nights

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

Preferred:

• High school diploma

• Previous retail or food service experience

Skills:

• Basic math and POS system operation

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills

• Time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting

• Friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset
