Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Lease-Up Manager (Property Administrator) to manage the leasing operations for a new affordable housing development in San Francisco, California. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lease-up process, including marketing, applicant intake, and move-ins

• Screen tenant applications to ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 standards

• Coordinate outreach campaigns and partner with community agencies to attract eligible applicants

• Supervise leasing staff and provide compliance training

• Maintain detailed documentation of leases, applications, and regulatory reports

• Report lease-up progress to senior leadership

• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Collaborate with property management teams for operational readiness

• Analyze local market trends to improve leasing performance

✅ Qualifications

• Prior experience in affordable housing lease-up projects or property management

• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and other compliance regulations

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Leadership experience in managing or training leasing teams

• Proficiency in tenant screening, eligibility checks, and background verifications

• Excellent communication skills with tenants, staff, and external partners
