Join EX Venture Academy in beautiful Bali for a 4–6 month unpaid Human Resources Internship designed to help you gain real-world HR experience in a vibrant, entrepreneurial environment. From recruitment to employee engagement, you’ll support a dynamic team and contribute to building an exceptional work culture.

This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to launch their HR career with meaningful responsibilities and immersive international experience.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates

• Support new hire onboarding for a seamless transition

• Help plan employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture

• Contribute to training, performance management, and organizational development projects

• Assist in organizing workshops, events, and team-building activities

• Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support HR compliance

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for learning and HR growth

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Familiarity with HR software

• Additional language skills
