As a Food Service Team Member, you’ll be responsible for front-line food prep, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and parking lot, and providing an excellent guest experience.

This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in the fast food industry with growth potential.

Note: This position is for employment with a Taco Bell franchisee, not Taco Bell Corp.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders quickly and according to specifications

• Assist with food prep and kitchen operations

• Maintain clean dining room, restrooms, and parking area

• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately

• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines

• Ensure consistent quality, service, and cleanliness

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver top-tier customer service

• Respond calmly to high-pressure or busy periods

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Some high school coursework preferred

• Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills

• Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and read recipes

• Able to count money and give correct change

• Must be neat, honest, and punctual

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 90% of shift

• Manual dexterity for working quickly and accurately

• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Experience:

• 1–3 months of experience preferred, but training is provided
