Join Fortrex, a national leader in food safety sanitation, as a Night Shift Food Safety Team Member and play a crucial role in protecting America’s food supply. You’ll be responsible for thorough cleaning and sanitation of food production equipment, contributing to a safe and compliant processing environment.

Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Environment: Wet, hot, and/or cold; PPE provided

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Follow the 8-step sanitation process in food manufacturing environments

• Lift and operate hoses, equipment, and sanitation tools

• Wear all required PPE including gloves, boots, aprons, and goggles

• Safely handle and work around sanitation chemicals

• Use lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures when needed

• Follow direction from managers and team leads

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times

• Other general labor duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to work in temperature extremes

• Able to stand, lift, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks for long hours

• Attention to detail and safety-first mindset

• Able to follow instructions and be accountable for performance
