We are hiring Full-Time Direct Care Team Members in Oakland, CA. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are committed to helping others live independently and with dignity.

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will maintain a safe, supportive environment and work closely with clients to provide personalized care aligned with their needs, interests, and goals outlined in their ISP (Individualized Service Plan). This includes providing companionship, empowerment, supervision, and emotional support while modeling positive behavior.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Support and empower clients based on their individual needs and goals

• Follow treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation

• Act as a positive role model and foster constructive client relationships

• Assist clients in achieving greater independence and quality of life

• Work personalized shifts in clients’ private homes (not facilities)

✅ Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with extreme behaviors

• High School diploma or equivalent

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• Valid California driver’s license

• Proof of insurance and vehicle registration

• Must pass DOJ background and motor vehicle record checks

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about helping others

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus

• Professional, respectful, reliable, and flexible

• Capable of working both independently and in a team

🕒 Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday
