Join Spread Your Wings, LLC. as a Direct Care Team Member and make a real difference in someone’s life. In this role, you’ll support clients with unique needs, helping them live as independently as possible by offering hands-on assistance, emotional support, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, positive environment in private homes.

• Support clients according to their Individual Service Plan (ISP).

• Assist with daily tasks, companionship, and behavior guidance.

• Encourage and teach life skills that foster independence.

• Provide supervision and follow individualized treatment plans.

• Act as a role model with professionalism and compassion.

Shifts Available

• Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for helping others live more independently.

• Experience with extreme behaviors is required.

• Reliable, flexible, and respectful in all interactions.

• Ability to work alone and in a team setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Valid California Driver’s License, insurance, and registration.

• CPR/First Aid Certification.

• Must pass DOJ background and motor vehicle record checks.
