Join Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group as a Caregiver (PCA or CNA) and provide in-home non-medical care to participants of PACE programs. We’re hiring in Richmond, El Sobrante, Livermore, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers

• Help with light housekeeping: laundry, dusting, trash removal

• Prepare and clean up meals

• Assist with errands like grocery pickup

• Communicate any incidents, injuries, or participant changes

• Respond quickly in emergencies

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of caregiver experience required

• Must be available on weekends

• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and smartphone

• Pass physical, background check, and 4-panel drug test (no THC testing)
