FLOWER CO. is looking for Order Packers to join our growing team and help us fulfill customer orders for next-day cannabis delivery.
What You’ll Do
-
Pull items from inventory storage and pack individual orders

Enter item information into our software databases
-
Stand, walk, use hands/fingers, and reach throughout the shift

Lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed
-
Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks daily
-
Contribute to a positive team environment with a great attitude

Stay updated by learning about new products during spare time
Who You Are
-
At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior experience in production, packaging, or assembly lines
-
Flexible and adaptable to changes in protocols or regulations
-
Comfortable using basic computer tools
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
-
Able to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
-
Reliable team player with strong work ethic
-
Dedicated to full compliance with OSHA, BCC, and other regulators
