Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support a nonprofit team in San Francisco. This role helps families access childcare services and essential community resources, while also providing high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Guide families on choosing quality childcare and help with subsidy applications.

Offer follow-up support tailored to each family’s needs.

Connect clients with internal and community-based services.

Rotate between administrative tasks: call center, front desk, and backup support.

Track family outcomes and suggest service improvements.

Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve delivery.

Manage projects like print materials or translation requests.

Handle payments and customer service using Zendesk.

Maintain well-organized documentation and workflow efficiency.
Requirements

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Familiarity with childcare services or subsidy applications is a plus.

Compassionate and responsive when supporting diverse families.

Multilingual skills are a bonus.
